How long does it take to receive my order?

As each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production depending on complexity and workshop flow, excluding shipping time. Once your order is ready, we ship globally via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with delivery times of up to 14 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized and personalized items are not eligible for return.

How can I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at returns@suvaria.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
